We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients, including portioning, chopping, and storing food according to recipes and quality standards.
- Cooking and Presentation: Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
- Quality Control: Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently and monitor food quality while preparing food.
- Education and Training: Completion of formal culinary training or equivalent work experience.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong culinary knowledge and skills, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
