About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join our team in the Netherlands. As a Sales Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying and executing strategic growth opportunities related to our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute ROI-based business models to evaluate opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
  • Consult with customers on SAP products to improve their processes and gain productivity
  • Influence customers LOB and C-level execs to drive business growth
  • Support efforts to build business development capabilities and organization
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of business development experience in enterprise software sales
  • Experience in ERP, Digital Supply Chain, Human Resources, Customer Experience, Data Management, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning
  • Industry knowledge: Manufacturing, Healthcare, Governance, Education, Retail, Wholesale, Fintech, Transportation
  • Interpersonal skills: passion, curiosity, collaborative working style, active listening, empathy, innovative and extra mile mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science required from an accredited university; MBA or advanced degree in related discipline preferred
  • Dutch speaker (Mandatory) and conversational fluency in English (Mandatory)
