Job Title: Head of IS Functional Technology Services

This role is a unique opportunity to lead the development and implementation of digital strategies across ABB Corporate Functions, Finance, HR, Legal & Integrity, and Sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all technology solutions and services that enable business value delivered by ABB Corporate Functions.
  • Manage shared ERP services and systems provided to both ABB Corporate Functions and the broader business.
  • Partner with Corporate Functions, Business Areas, and IS to develop and implement digital strategies.
  • Ensure effective, efficient, and sustainable delivery of IS Services in alignment with customer expectations and agreed-upon SLAs.
  • Proactively advance technology modernization efforts based on digital strategies set for each function.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of relevant experience within global environments, including a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior IS/IT leadership role connected to technology services.
  • Experience in end-to-end Service Delivery, with a thorough understanding of industry Service Management standards.
  • Strategic leadership and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Very strong customer value mindset.
  • Strategic and tactical thinking with operational experience required.
