Job Title: Head of IS Functional Technology Services

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a seasoned IT leader to join ABB's Corporate Functions as the Head of IS Functional Technology Services. This role will oversee the delivery of technology solutions and services that enable business value across ABB's core functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital strategies for ABB's core functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage a large part of ABB's IS organization, requiring excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Accountable for delivering IS services to customers and consumers within agreed budgets and specifications, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to ABB's Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Security policies.
  • Establish strong relationships with IS departments, strategic partners, vendors, and customers.
  • Drive new operating models, taking over and embedding end-to-end accountability and winning the trust of key customers and IS teams.
  • Manage multiple, integrated vendor relationships.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in global environments, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior IS/IT leadership role connected to technology services.
  • Shared service experience is an added advantage.
