Finnish Service Desk Agent: Technical Support Expert

**Company Overview**: Recruit4Work SL is a leading technology company that values customer satisfaction above all else. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Finnish Service Desk Agent to join our IT support team in Greece.
**Job Description**: As a key player in our IT support team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and problem resolution with customers. Your strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities will enable you to handle hardware and software troubleshooting, as well as interact with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Fluent in Finnish
- Working proficiency in English
- Troubleshooting skills for hardware and software
- Familiarity with operating systems and common applications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, patience, and empathy
- Analytical and critical thinking for efficient issue resolution and task prioritization
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and knowledge of the ITIL framework (a plus)
