Marketing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to join our global demand operations team at Board International. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in implementing scalable processes, ensuring best practices in lead assignment, database management, and marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and allocate inbound leads in accordance with distribution rules.
- Support, monitor, and report on lead cycle execution to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain the database at desired coverage and quality levels, including regular reviews and cleaning to remove duplicates, correct inaccuracies, and standardize data formats.
- Perform data synchronization tasks with D&B or other relevant sources.
- Ensure data compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Execute and report on database projects and data priorities for upcoming campaigns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to lead, account, opportunity, and database management.
- Assist users with system navigation, usage queries, list uploads, and database updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to scheduling, testing, and deploying email campaigns in Marketo.
- Expertise in Salesforce (experience as a Salesforce Admin is a plus).
- Familiarity with Marketing Automation Systems such as Marketo.
- Strong data evaluation skills with the ability to extract, interpret, and transform data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, or CRM user support roles, preferably within disruptive technology sectors.
- Bachelor's degree required; BS in Information Systems or Computer Science preferred.
