Marketing Operations Specialist

The RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing Strategy & Operations team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, optimization, and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Production: Assist in maintaining and evolving frameworks, processes, tools, and enablement with production teams to ensure seamless production of marketing activities.
- Budget Governance: Contribute to the development and maintenance of budget management tools, monitoring and controlling the marketing budget to ensure accurate forecasting in close co-operation with budget owners and the finance department.
- Capacity Planning: Support in managing team resources effectively, identifying capacity constraints in our production process.
- Process Optimization and Description: Assist in the implementation of new processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, creating and maintaining documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication, assisting in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to gather and interpret data.
- Clear communication skills, pro-actively working with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
