Marketing Operations Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team at Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining technology. As a key member of our Marketing Strategy Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving efficiency, optimization, and smooth operations in our marketing machine.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Production: Assist in maintaining and evolving frameworks, processes, tools, and enablement with production teams to ensure seamless production of our marketing activities.
- Budget Governance: Contribute to the development and maintenance of budget management tools, assist in monitoring and controlling the marketing budget, and ensure accurate forecasting in close cooperation with budget owners and the finance department.
- Capacity Planning: Support in managing team resources effectively, identifying capacity constraints in our production process, and implementing new processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Process Optimization and Description: Assist in the implementation of new processes and tools, create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations, and work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to gather and interpret data.
- Clear communication skills, proactively working with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
