Marketing Operations Specialist

At Board International, we're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to join our global demand operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing scalable processes, ensuring best practices in lead assignment, database management, and marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and allocate inbound leads in accordance with distribution rules, supporting and monitoring lead cycle execution to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain the database at desired coverage and quality levels, including regular reviews and cleaning to remove duplicates, correct inaccuracies, and standardize data formats.
- Perform data synchronization tasks with D&B or other relevant sources, ensuring data compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Execute and report on database projects and data priorities for upcoming campaigns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to lead, account, opportunity, and database management, assisting users with system navigation, usage queries, list uploads, and database updates.
- Conduct "how-to" sessions on lead management processes, data hygiene practices, and system usage, maintaining standards and templates for lead and database process documentation.
- Assist the global demand operations team with tasks essential for the successful completion of projects and programs.
- Expertise in Salesforce (experience as a Salesforce Admin is a plus), familiarity with Marketing Automation Systems such as Marketo, and strong data evaluation skills with the ability to extract, interpret, and transform data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, or CRM user support roles, preferably within disruptive technology sectors.
- Bachelor's degree required; BS in Information Systems or Computer Science preferred.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional and matrixed environment.
