About the Role:

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Inside Sales Representatives in EMEA. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new advertisers through outbound leads.

Purpose of the Role:

As a Digital Consultant, you will advise businesses on their digital advertising strategy, with opportunities for significant impact on their operations. This is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual sales targets and contribute to a larger sales team focused on increasing client customer bases across EMEA.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone calls and/or emails) per day
  • Qualify and manage inbound leads and the overall sales pipeline
  • Identify business needs and personalize product offerings accordingly
  • Prepare and set expectations with businesses about the onboarding and go-live process
  • Develop a deep understanding of onboarding requirements/processes for our product across different regions
  • Collect and submit necessary information for onboarding processes
  • Accurately advise and support businesses on verification requirements during the onboarding process
  • Troubleshoot or escalate issues and feedback through appropriate channels of support
  • Work in a fast-changing, dynamic workplace

Requirements:

  • Native level of Dutch fluency
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • At least 1+ years of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing roles
  • Experience working in call center environments
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Structured communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Google Docs and Sheets or Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Independence and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business
  • Experience working in team environments
  • Familiarity with home services like plumbing, locksmiths, electrical services
