Job Summary

This role is focused on leading the creation of compelling customer case studies and video content for Hewlett-Packard's Workforce Solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a creative mindset with expertise in storytelling and content development.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and produce customer case studies and video content aligned with Workforce Solutions business priorities.
* Work cross-functionally with Sales and Portfolio Marketing teams to ensure accurate and compelling representation of HP Solutions and customer outcomes.
* Advocate for a customer-centric approach by integrating customer success stories into broader marketing and sales narratives.
* Provide creative guidance and subject matter expertise to external agencies.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
* Collaborate closely with customers and partners to capture their stories, ensuring a seamless process that strengthens their relationship with HP.
* Solve both common and complex business challenges, recommending alternatives when needed.
* Act as a team or project leader, facilitating direction, decision-making, and information validation.
* Support additional customer marketing projects as required by evolving business priorities.

Requirements

* Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
* Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in social marketing, content marketing and media, data led planning, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and oversee multiple high-priority initiatives.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, fostering collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and customers.
* High attention to detail, ensuring the accurate representation of customer stories in medium-risk environments.
* Creative mindset with expertise in storytelling and content development to produce engaging customer-focused materials.
