About the Job

We are looking for an Account Health Support Specialist with Italian language expertise to join our team at Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. in Barcelona. As an Account Health Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Amazon's marketplace by supporting third-party sellers in resolving any issues they may encounter.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to third-party sellers via phone and email, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.

- Investigate and resolve account health-related issues, using your technical skills to navigate various Selling Partner Accounts and communicate effective solutions.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure that sellers receive the support they need to succeed on the Amazon marketplace.

About You

- You have a high school diploma or equivalent, and previous experience providing support and service to customers.

- You are proficient in Italian and have intermediate competency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence in customers while leading them through the various steps to resolve issues.

- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with the ability to adapt to change effectively.

- You have a strong customer focus, with the ability to ensure that customers feel supported and valued.
