About the Job

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Account Health Support Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Amazon sellers, ensuring their compliance with Amazon policies and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Amazon sellers in resolving any incoming issues via phone and email
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Investigate and resolve account health-related issues, providing viable solutions to sellers
  • Identify sellers' needs, clarify information, and provide solutions
  • Exemplify Amazon's Leadership Principles, including Customer Obsession, by consistently displaying empathy and passion for customers
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers while engaging them through extra effort
  • Consistently achieve productivity and quality performance goals

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience providing support and service to customers
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Intermediate competency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills, demonstrating empathy and willingness to help

  • Strong investigation skills to find root cause of metric issues and navigate sellers in providing viable solutions
  • Interpersonal skills, communicating complex transactional issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers
