About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Account Health Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As an Account Health Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our third-party sellers by providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to sellers via phone and email, resolving issues and answering questions related to Amazon's business policies, operational processes, and technology platforms.
  • Utilize strong investigation skills to identify root causes of account health-related issues and provide viable solutions to sellers.
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
  • Document all seller interactions and information according to standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience providing support and service to customers.
  • Language proficiency in English and Dutch (C1 level).
  • Technical skills: intermediate competency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to demonstrate empathy and willingness to help.
  • Prior contact center experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to change effectively.
