About the Role

As an Account Health Support Specialist at Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U., you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Selling Partners by providing exceptional customer service and support. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, resolving their issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to Selling Partners via phone and email, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.

Investigate and resolve complex issues, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills to find root causes and provide viable solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Selling Partners, providing them with excellent customer service and support.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.

Attend regular training sessions to learn about new products, technologies, and selling points, and to stay up-to-date on Amazon's business policies and operational processes.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience providing support and service to customers, preferably in a contact center environment.

Fluency in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex transactional issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.

Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards.
