Financial Expert, Vendor Services Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our Amazon Vendor Services team. As a Financial Analyst, you will analyze vendor financial deductions based on supply chain process issues, create comprehensive reports, and share results with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze financial and operational defects and identify root causes for financial deductions, define joint action plan on how to resolve critical dispute or hold situations with vendors.
  2. Facilitate regular progress reviews with vendors to create sustainable long-term results.
  3. Cooperate and build trusting relationships across job functions and levels within the vendor's organization.
  4. Work on cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders related to new process creation and improvement of your work.
  5. Travel within EU may be required for this role.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree.
  2. 1-2 years of professional experience.
  3. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Experience in creating comprehensive analysis for senior stakeholders.
  5. Demonstrated negotiation skills and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Excellent written and spoken English.
  7. Knowledge in MS Office programs as Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in data analysis and project management.
  2. Basic SQL and Advanced Excel skills.
  3. Understanding of supply chain processes.
  4. Fluency in one additional European language (i.e. German, French, Italian, Spanish).
