About the Role

C.H. Robinson is a leading logistics platform seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Valencia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer interactions, including fostering relationships and closing deals
  • Utilize CRM to identify and track prospects, driving core and strategic customer opportunities
  • Visit customers and potential clients within assigned territory, 3-4 days per week
  • Execute sales activities to meet or exceed daily, monthly, or annual expectations
  • Contribute to the regional team by sharing opinions, ideas, and best practices to support sales team success
  • Maintain relationships with customers to ensure ongoing account success
  • Coordinate quotes with Sales Coordinators and facilitate new customer transitions to Account Executives/Managers
  • Build winning deal teams, collaborating with internal resources to develop tailored solutions
  • Partner with customers to gather information and offer tailored solutions based on the CHR platform
  • Manage conflict and navigate difficult conversations with customers or internal partners
  • Deliver proposals, tailoring each presentation to the customer
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of operations experience from a freight forwarder
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in account management or sales
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory, 3-4 days per week
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others
  • Self-driven, results-oriented individual with a 'hunter' mentality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
