Main Responsibilities:
- Job Advertising and Sourcing: Write and place engaging job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms to attract top talent.
- Candidate Sourcing and Headhunting: Proactively source and headhunt candidates with the required skills and experience.
- Interview Management: Conduct interviews in French and English to assess candidate fit and skills.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, including onboarding and training.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues on various tasks and projects to achieve team goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree and university agreement for a 6-month internship.
- Language Skills: Native level of French and full professional level of English.
- Core Skills: People-oriented, enthusiastic, proactive attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, keen interest in talent acquisition and human resources, sales-oriented attitude.
