The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our growing People team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and leading the recruiting efforts for various internal functions. Your primary responsibility will be to attract and hire high-caliber talent to support our mission to transform the music industry.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Manage the Talent Acquisition Team: You will lead a team of recruiters and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent in the industry.
- Develop and Execute Talent Acquisition Strategy: You will work closely with our C-level leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our company's OKRs and long-term goals.
- Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: You will collaborate with our Finance, Legal, and other People teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage Vendors and Partnerships: You will oversee our vendor and partnership relationships, focusing on reducing cost-of-hire and increasing vendor performance.
- Establish Metrics and Reporting: You will develop and implement metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of our talent acquisition efforts and inform data-driven decision making.
- Proven Experience in Talent Acquisition: You should have at least 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of leading a talent acquisition team and developing effective recruitment strategies.
- Strategic Expertise and Hands-on Delivery: You should possess a unique balance of strategic expertise and hands-on delivery, with the ability to break down long-term hiring strategies into shorter-term initiatives.
