We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Supervisor to join our team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all tax-related matters for our organization across Europe-Middle East (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC) countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the organization's tax position.
  • Assess and mitigate tax risks in our businesses.
  • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and operational teams, to provide tax guidance and support.
  • Oversee transfer pricing policies and documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations and arm's length principle.
Requirements:
  • Public accountant with at least 3 years of work experience in Taxes, with additional background.
  • Big4 and MNE experience is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of the tax regulations in EMEA and APAC.
  • Solid experience in different tax jurisdictions.
  • Analytic skills, capacity to engage with top management and peers, project management, attention to detail, teamwork.
Financial Literacy:
  • Capacity to work with financial statements, financial projections, and valuation models.
Soft Skills:
  • Team-player, always on attitude, coachable, and positively minded.
