We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Implementation Lead to play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and embedding of strategic and technological changes across all our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement detailed implementation plans for user groups and impacted teams, ensuring key milestones and business activities are clearly understood.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive implementation approach is adopted and deadlines are met on time and within budget.
- Maintain an implementation risk and issues log, escalating to the Head of Transformational Strategy and Business Design when necessary.
- Work with impacted teams to ensure they have clear business readiness acceptance criteria, set up logistics are understood, and support is available from the point of implementation.
- Develop and oversee the implementation training approach, plan, and delivery effectiveness in collaboration with other transformation and Business Process owners.
- Manage the overall communication approach, plan, and stakeholder management, maintaining a robust stakeholder engagement plan.
- Facilitate successful change management by establishing a common change impact assessment and readiness approach.
- Actively coach, support, and provide continuous feedback across the transformation team and business as the change subject matter expert.
- Coordinate post-go-live support to ensure users have 'hyper care' for a period and that any issues are quickly understood and rectified.
- Experience of leading and delivering successful international organizational change programs.
- Proven experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong relationship and networking skills, able to effectively influence a wide range of stakeholders.
- An authentic, credible leader of people with gravitas and a passion to drive improvements in our business.
- An individual who is pragmatic and organized, quickly able to adapt to manage complexity and ambiguity.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Strong team player with the ability to challenge, provide leadership, and effectively coach others.
- Articulate, engaging, excellent active listening skills, and inspiring communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and influence others to move toward a common vision or goal.
- Problem-solving and root cause identification skills.
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Power Automate, Viso, and Miro.
- Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
