Job Title: Global Performance Manager

HP is seeking a highly skilled Global Performance Manager to lead and drive the performance optimization efforts of our Digital GTM Performance Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage projects related to web page performance optimization, from conception through to completion.
  • Conduct and coordinate performance analysis and testing to identify areas for further improvement and define and implement solutions at scale.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web performance optimization.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Project Management and ideally eCommerce Product Management.
  • Proven track record or ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of front-end web technologies and content optimization techniques.
  • Experience with performance analysis tools such as Google PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, WebPage Test or similar.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively, influence others, leading without authority in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Project Management Institute Professional Certifications).
