Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a performance marketing strategy that drives key objectives and targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and evolve our performance marketing strategy in alignment with our overarching business plan.
  • Budget Management and Media Planning: Manage budget allocation and conduct thorough media planning for key markets, optimizing resources to maximize ROI.
  • Scaling Performance Across Ad Platforms: Scale performance efficiently across several ad platforms such as Google and Meta, expanding reach and driving conversions while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
  • Performance Tracking and Measurement: Create the necessary tracking to ensure the accurate measurement of channel performance, regularly analyzing data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Ad Creative Performance Improvement: Test and improve ad creative performance in partnership with our designer, conducting A/B tests and iterating based on performance data.
  • Testing New Marketing Channels: Regularly test new performance channels to identify what to add to the channel mix long-term.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' of B2C experience in a multi-channel performance marketing role (startup experience is highly valued)
  • Possesses a thorough understanding of the Google Ads and Paid Social landscape, and granular-level campaign management across global markets
  • Strong analytics skills, with experience using GA4 to gain insights to scale performance
  • Experience using Google Tag Manager for web tracking is a bonus
  • Experience with data analytics tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau
  • Clear and structured communicator
  • A problem solver, with the ability to identify an issue, as well as propose and implement solutions
  • A high attention to detail
  • A continuous learner who regularly stays on top of the latest trends in performance marketing and marketing technology
  • A native English speaker, or the equivalent. Any other language is a plus
