Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at ADM in Toledo, OH. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining machinery and equipment, operating hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools, and troubleshooting mechanical failures and pneumatic systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Operate hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools to perform maintenance tasks
  • Troubleshoot mechanical failures and pneumatic systems to identify and resolve issues
  • Repair, rebuild, and maintain mechanical drive systems to ensure smooth operation
  • Install material systems and fabricate parts as needed

Requirements

  • Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture and understanding of company safety procedures
  • Exhibit regular and prompt attendance and meet physical requirements of the position
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed
  • Demonstrate initiative to work independently and flexibility to work in a team setting
  • Exhibit a professional image at all times and maintain a positive and respectful attitude
  • Basic welding, layout, and fabrication skills, as well as experience with V-belt and Chain drive systems, machine troubleshooting and repair skills, and experience with 480-volt - 3-phase motor circuits
