Elevator Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
This is a full-time, hourly position at ADM's Ottawa location. We are seeking a high-potential individual to take on challenges and responsibilities in our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks, railcars, and barges
- Operate heavy machinery, including skid-steers, wheel loaders, and forklifts
- Perform deckhand duties and general housekeeping tasks, including mowing, snow removal, and site cleanup
- Assist operations personnel, maintenance personnel, and supervisors as needed
- Perform general maintenance and operate equipment
Requirements:
- Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero-injury culture and understanding of company safety procedures
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Regular and prompt attendance
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including prolonged standing and sitting, working in confined spaces, and lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Willingness to work shifts with variable start times, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Professional image and positive attitude
