Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance I to join our team at ADM. As a key member of our Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Operate hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools to perform maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and pneumatic systems to identify and resolve issues
- Repair, rebuild, and maintain mechanical drive systems to ensure smooth operation
- Install material systems and fabricate parts as needed
Requirements:
- Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture and understanding of company safety procedures
- Regular and prompt attendance
- Able to meet physical requirements of the position, including prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), and lifting up to 70 lbs. unassisted
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed
- Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team setting when needed
- Exhibit a professional image at all times and maintain a positive and respectful attitude
- Basic welding, layout, and fabrication skills
- Experience with V-belt and Chain drive systems
- Machine troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience with 480-volt - 3-phase motor circuits
- Hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge a plus
