About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dealer Network Development Specialist to join our team at BYD Europe. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and development of our dealer network across the national territory.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Network Development and Expansion: Implement and supervise the execution of our network development plan, ensuring optimal compliance with brand standards and guidelines.
  2. Facility Management: Ensure that our facilities meet brand standards, both in construction and in facilities, equipment, and corporate design. Identify and report any breaches of agreements with dealers.
  3. Audit and Compliance: Define and implement an audit system to ensure compliance with network standards. Conduct audits of corporate standards and facilities, interiors, signage, and tools.
  4. Dealer Support: Provide professional support to distributors to meet the highest levels of customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.
  5. Market Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct market analysis and evaluation of power grids, infrastructure, local/governmental initiatives, competitor activities, and strategic locations for destination chargers.
  6. Training and Development: Support training initiatives for importer and dealer network employees as needed.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports to provide management and HQ with sufficient information on the degree of compliance with contractual standards, network points, etc.
  8. Dealer Visits and Promotion: Visit dealers and promote the BYD brand awareness among dealer networks.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development areas with proved network and achievement in automotive industry and preferable in mainstream car manufacturers.
  2. Language Skills: Proficient level in English and Spanish (desirable Portuguese).
  3. Personal Qualities: Proactive, dynamic person, with social skills and negotiating skills. Able to travel frequently.
  4. Business Management Skills: Result-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in multi-cultural teams.
  5. Independence: Must be able to work independently: self-starter.
