**Job Summary**

The Country Sales Manager will be responsible for developing the commercial network and forging strong business partnerships with partners and dealer distributors within the assigned area.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop strategic partnerships to build an extensive network of business partners and dealer distributors.
  • Responsible for developing the business of the fleet market together with the HQ fleet team, focusing on industries such as courier services, police, and food delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to establish the sales strategy, allocate resources, and guide the sales team to achieve long-term objectives and meet business needs.
  • Fulfill objectives set by the Commercial Director, including the number of dealers and sales volume.
  • Monitor and analyze sales results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Develop and maintain processes and CRM systems to scale the sales effort without compromising quality or support.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with partners and dealers within the assigned area.
  • Assist partners and dealer distributors in maximizing sales volume and profitability.
  • Ensure the implementation of Silence's marketing and communication initiatives, ensuring partners and distributors incorporate them correctly.
  • Guarantee that the After Sales Service provided by Silence's dealership network meets Silence's quality standards.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing support, motivation, and development opportunities.
  • Monitor the sales plan with the Business Developers to ensure objectives are met.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train the best sales talent.
