Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline support by resolving customer problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting.
  • Drive revenue growth while ensuring strong customer contract retention rates and warranty conversion.
  • Apply critical thinking to resolve instrumentation performance issues, train our customers, and verify the operational performance and data quality of systems.

About the Role:

This is a remote position located in Barcelona, Catalunya, and will be part of the East Area. The successful candidate will report to the Service Supervisor responsible for Field Service. As a Field Technical Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, the company, the products, tools, and the team. You will be supported by a strong leadership team and involved in key projects to deliver successful installations for our customers that meet their requirements and that of our company.

Requirements:
  • Associate degree (prefer technical, biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering or related) or validated equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel and provide support in assigned geography, as well as periodic travel to other areas and overnight travel.
