About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Relationship Manager to join our team at Steris Canada Corporation. As a Sales and Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales and building relationships with our customers in the medical industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within your assigned territory
  • Identify and close new business opportunities
  • Plan sales activities such as education trainings, inventory evaluations and maintenance inspections
  • Resolve all customer service issues in an effective, timely manner
  • Document customer activities, purchase orders, etc. within our CRM
  • Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews with customers and senior managers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-7 years of sales experience, including a proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Medical device/service sales/B2B desirable preferred
  • Industry certifications preferred (IAHCSMM, AORN, CCSVP, SGNA)
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Solid system skills (Microsoft Office, Sales/Customer tracking software packages)
  • Intermediate in Microsoft Office suite, experienced user of CRM to manage sales pipeline and activities
