Job Title: Dental Implants Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Noblesse Recruitment. As a Dental Implants Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling dental implants and related products to dental professionals in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned area;
  • Maintain and build relationships with dental professionals and customers;
  • Ensure all sales activities are in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws;
  • Plan and attend meetings with dental professionals and customers;
  • Assist with dental surgery procedures in the use of our products, providing guidance in dental drilling sequences and surgery area setup;
  • Ensure collection of outstanding accounts receivables from customers in conjunction with Corporate staff;
  • Cultivate new and expanded sales prospects and customer opportunities to achieve sales growth of our products;
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints;
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of new products.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in the dental/medical devices industry;
  • Dental implants experience/knowledge minimum 2 years;
  • Proven track record in sales;
  • Self-starter and motivator with intrinsic understanding of what it means to work hard;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with dental and medical professionals;
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
