Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze product specifications in collaboration with clients.
  • Manage incident reception through various communication channels.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and identification of incidents.
  • Oversee incident management via control dashboards.
  • Address requests from clients and users of our platforms.
  • Facilitate incident resolution meetings with clients.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for effective incident resolution.
  • Understand workflows for incident and change management.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and products.
  • Proficient in analyzing market incidents.
  • Familiarity with internet tools and MS Office.
  • Fluent in Spanish (C1) and English (C1).

Availability to work on non-European Stock Exchange holidays may be required.
