About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional HR Business Partner to join our team at Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S. L. U. as a key member of our Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and support Team Leads and Area Managers on HR-related topics, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage employee cases, including conflict resolutions, in accordance with local legislation and company policies.
- Support investigations into employee relations issues, maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
- Collaborate with operations and HR teams to execute company-wide programs, identifying opportunities to innovate and simplify processes.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement communication plans, driving employee engagement and retention.
- Lead or support HR projects, analyzing data to inform business decisions and improve workplace dynamics.
- Conduct audits for compliance, applying knowledge of local employee law and legislation with supervision of management.
Requirements
- Fluent command of Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collect, collate, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and employment law.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to maintain utmost confidentiality and protect sensitive HR information.
