About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Global AR Reporting Specialist / Digital Electronic Payment Expert to join our finance team at our facility in Asturias, Spain. This role will be a key member of the team, responsible for starting with Accounts Receivable Reporting on a Global scale and eventually evolving into a Project Manager type role rolling out global E-Pay solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monthly Accounts Receivable Reporting.
  • Issue monthly AR, Past due and DSO Reporting/Forecasting within FP&A closing calendar.
  • Analyse and comment monthly results towards Management /Business and Credit Team.
  • Issue collection reports and cash forecast.
  • Issue monthly report on terms of payment.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization (Sales, customer service, credit, accounts receivable, and IT organizations supporting Finance, Security, Order to cash, and E-commerce) to ensure alignment and PCI compliance.
  • Partner with outside vendors (FIS and Chase Paymentech) to optimize existing SAP and Cloud software/services for seamless transaction processing. Maintain SOD requirements with providers.
  • Manage new e-payment implementations and functionalities, and optimization of existing e-payment offerings.
  • Implement alternative E-Payment options - Sofort, Alipay, PayPal, and debiting bank accounts (where permitted and needed).
  • Optimize use of tools and processes for fee reduction (i.e. Level 3 data vs current Level 1)
  • Establish reporting for e-payment.

Requirements

  • Years of experience: 2 - 5 years in Credit / Business Finance / Treasury
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use them in a business context.
  • Experience in developing financial models.
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent Excel skills, prior SAP Experience, S/4 Hana, Paymetric (XiPay,XiSecure), SFDC.
  • PCI compliance
  • Knowledge of B2B electronic payment methods and – Credit card (Visa/Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Sofort, AliPay, EFT, etc).
  • Experience in Project Management and Accounting.
