About the Role

We are currently seeking a Global AR /Cash Accountant to join our team at our facility in Asturias. The AR/Cash Global team provides service to 74 entities, responsible for daily application of Axalta bank transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all Axalta bank transactions are correctly entered into SAP on a daily basis.
  • Apply cash transactions and research customer payments on a daily basis.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of receivables accounts and daily reconciliation of Bank accounts.
  • Implement internal controls and reporting.
  • Support internal and external audit requests (revenue audit).

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Finance/Accounting experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Ownership, organized, results-oriented, and a strong team worker is a must.
  • Problem-solving, analytical skills for improving the automatization of the process.
  • Languages: Spanish (both verbal and written), and good level of English is a must. Another European language is a plus.
