Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to fulfill our company's hiring needs. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong recruitment and interviewing skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and evaluate job candidates to ensure the best fit for our company's needs
• Advise managers on recruitment strategies and provide guidance on interviewing and selection processes
• Manage the intern program, including conducting orientations, scheduling rotations and assignments, and monitoring intern job contributions
• Develop and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
• Monitor trainings, certifications, and update employee records
• Facilitate internal meetings, team activities, and events
• Responsible for employee and visitor access
• Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
• Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting IT roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or similar
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Critical thinker and problem solver
• Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing
• Team player and people person
