About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious individual to join our EMEA FP&A & Innovation Team as an intern. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis, working closely with our European Headquarter FP&A & Innovation Team and Senior Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support EMEA consolidation of planning and reporting, including template and report preparation, KPI analysis, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with Senior Manager to identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization across FP&A community, leveraging technologies such as Tableau, Think-cell, and Power BI.
  • Work together with Senior Sales and Margin Analyst to provide suggestions on process improvement and identify common needs/reports that could be standardized and automated.
  • Support ad-hoc requests from President, VP Finance, and Director of Finance during closing and forecast/planning process.
  • Help manage EMEA calendars and EHQ team agendas, including maintaining weekly team meeting minutes and providing standardized email updates.
Requirements
  • Graduated in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Process, or similar studies.
  • Strong Excel knowledge.
  • Fluency in English (level B2 or higher).
  • Analytical and good knowledge of basic financial concepts.
  • Ability to work within a team in a matrix environment.
What We Offer

Up to 12-month paid internship experience (€ 1000 gross per month + ticket restaurants).
