About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our EMEA FP&A & Innovation Team as an intern. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis, working closely with our European Headquarters FP&A & Innovation Team and Senior Leadership Team.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Support EMEA consolidation of planning and reporting, including template and report preparation, KPI and data analysis.
  2. Collaborate with Senior Manager to identify opportunities for process improvement in EMEA Financial reporting and analysis, and provide support to strategic projects.
  3. Work with Senior Sales and Margin Analyst to standardize and automate reports, and provide suggestions on process improvement.
  4. Support ad-hoc requests from President, VP Finance, and Director of Finance during closing and forecast/planning process.
  5. Manage EMEA calendars and EHQ team agendas, including maintaining weekly team meeting minutes and providing standardized emails with updates/tasks/deadlines.

Requirements:

  1. Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Process, or similar studies.
  2. Strong Excel knowledge.
  3. Fluency in English (level B2 or higher).
  4. Analytical and good knowledge of basic financial concepts.
  5. Strong communication skills.
  6. Ability to work within a team in a matrix environment.
  7. Self-motivated, proactively bringing new ideas and efficiencies.
