About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our EMEA Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will support the European Headquarter FP&A team and Senior Leadership Team on various activities related to closing, planning, reporting, and financial analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support EMEA consolidation of planning and reporting, including template and report preparation, KPI and data analysis.
- Collaborate with Senior Manager to identify opportunities for process improvement in EMEA Financial reporting and analysis, and provide suggestions on leveraging technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Work with Senior Sales and Margin Analyst to standardize and automate reports, and identify common needs that can be addressed through technology.
- Support ad-hoc requests from President, VP Finance, and Director of Finance during closing and forecast/planning process.
- Assist in managing EMEA calendars and EHQ team agendas, including maintaining weekly team meeting minutes and providing updates on tasks and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Graduated in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Process, or similar studies.
- Strong Excel knowledge.
- Fluency in English (level B2 or higher).
- Analytical and good knowledge of basic financial concepts.
- Ability to work within a team in a matrix environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive in bringing new ideas and efficiencies.
