Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the restaurant team to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with the restaurant chef to create innovative menus and promotions
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant

Requirements:
