About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Gucci Sales Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by providing personalized service to customers and promoting Gucci products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Ensure a high level of visual merchandising and store maintenance to create an engaging customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for fashion and luxury.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
