About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Gucci Barcelona Paseo. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating a memorable shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to customers, offering product recommendations and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting Gucci products and services.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Gucci products, including features, benefits, and styling advice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store operations.
  • Ensure a high level of visual merchandising and store presentation, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a consistent and appealing brand image.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, fashion trends, and brand initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about fashion, luxury goods, and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
