Job Opportunity

At Boston Scientific, we're seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist. This role will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, Lab Staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse system during case procedures within an assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical support in case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and system/software development.
  • Educate customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device.
  • Attend cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse system and its components.
  • Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers and facilitate future sales.
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.
  • Fluent in local language (C1 minimum) and English (B2 or higher).
  • Willing and able to travel extensively as required by workload.
