Clinical Specialist, Electrophysiology Field Expert

As a Field Clinical Specialist, Electrophysiology, you will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, lab staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse system during case procedures within an assigned geography. Your responsibilities will include serving as a primary resource for clinical support, educating customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device, and attending cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse system and its components.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, lab staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse system during case procedures within an assigned geography.
Serve as a primary resource for clinical support, including basic troubleshooting and system/software development.
Educate customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device through presentations and demonstrations.
Attend cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse system and its components.
Provide initial and continuous training and feedback for development team and sales representatives on Farapulse, development process, products, and features.
Meet with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them achieve their goals.
Requirements
Strong communication skills and ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.
Fluency in local language (C1 minimum) and English (B2 or higher).
Ability to rapidly adapt to a very dynamic marketplace and work cross-functionally as a strong team player.
Self-motivated and able to influence others, with a flexible and adaptable approach but focused and persistent.
Willing and able to travel extensively as required by workload.
