Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist

About the Role
The Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, Lab Staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse system during case procedures within an assigned geography, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide primary clinical support in case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and system/software development.
- Educate customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device through presentations and demonstrations.
- Attend cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse system and its components.
- Offer initial and continuous training and feedback for development team and sales representatives on Farapulse, development process, products, and features.
- Meet with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and discuss how company products can help them achieve their goals.
- Develop relationships with hospital personnel to make new contacts in other departments and identify key decision makers to facilitate future sales.
- Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.
- Fluent in local language (C1 minimum).
- Fluent in English (B2 or higher). Additional language skills are appreciated.
- Able to rapidly adapt to a very dynamic marketplace.
- Strong team player, collaborative, ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally.
- Self-motivated and able to influence others.
- Flexible, adaptable but focused and persistent.
- Willing and able to travel extensively as required by workload.
