Clinical Specialist, Electrophysiology

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist, Electrophysiology to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our organization, you will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, lab staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse system during case procedures within an assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, system/software development.
- Educates customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device.
- Attends cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse system and its components.
- Provides initial and continuous training and feedback for development team and sales representatives on Farapulse, development process, products, and features.
- Meets with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them achieve their goals.
- Develops relationships with hospital personnel to make new contacts in other departments within the hospital and to identify key decision makers to facilitate future sales.
- Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.
- Fluent in local language (C1 minimum).
- Fluent in English (B2 or higher). Additional language skills are appreciated.
- Able to rapidly adapt to a very dynamic marketplace.
- Strong team player, collaborative, ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally.
- Self-motivated and able to influence others.
- Flexible, adaptable, but focused and persistent.
- Willing and able to travel extensively as required by workload.
