Job Title: Senior FP&A Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Business Partner to join our team at QIMA. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the monthly management reporting process, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and generating in-depth sales and KPI reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the monthly group management reporting process, including financial results review with local finance teams and presentation to the Finance Director.
  2. Define KPIs and financial reporting requirements for each level of management, including Officers and local budget owners.
  3. Prepare monthly flash sales and KPI reports with commentary for management.
  4. Perform variance analysis per business unit/department and lead discussions with budget owners about financial results.
  5. Provide strategic views to ensure profitability of the business through business partnering with key stakeholders and senior management.
  6. Implement management reporting policies and processes, automating financial KPI dashboards in Tableau (group BI tool).
  7. Lead and manage the annual budget and forecast process.
  8. Drive process improvements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Experienced and comfortable working with multicultural teams and peers, with a strong sense of ownership and internal customer focus.
  • Attracted to new technologies and proficient in Excel.

Education and Experience:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience in finance/accounting roles in an international environment.
  • Rich experience in financial planning and analysis is key, with experience in M&A and integration post-acquisitions a plus.
  • Track record of Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent FP&A software.
  • Fluent English, with Spanish a plus.
