Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a critical role in managing the daily transactional operations of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver high-quality financial reports to support business decision-making, including periodic financial statements, management reports, and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Operations, and Medical, to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for our Care Enablement business entity in Spain.
  • Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of FP&A processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Academic degree or equivalent diploma in Economics or Finance, with a strong background in financial analysis and planning.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial reports and analyses.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
