About the Role

The Client Service Director will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of all current agency clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs and exceed their expectations. This includes delivering all requested services and reports, influencing media investment strategies, and working closely with clients' media agencies to leverage results and identify opportunities for business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesMedia Agencies Relationship and Opportunities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Receiving and analyzing briefings from client's agencies, delivering campaign objectives to the media team.
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with media agencies, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  3. Monitoring and managing media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  4. Supervising administrative coordination across all accounts, ensuring seamless execution.
  5. Providing media planning support as needed.
Prospecting

The Client Service Director will also be responsible for:

  1. Developing a prospecting strategy to identify new business opportunities.
  2. Creating and delivering compelling offers and presentations to prospects, working closely with internal stakeholders to secure approval and credit checks.
Client Handling

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Monitoring and following up on revenue objectives with clients.
  2. Developing and implementing client development plans and strategies.
  3. Providing media planning support to clients.
  4. Overseeing the creation of summaries and reports for clients.
  5. Handling client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Coordinating contract renewals with existing clients.
  7. Identifying opportunities for remarketing and asset optimization.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Client Service Director will need to possess:

  1. A minimum of 12 years' experience in media and client services.
  2. Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  3. Natural negotiation skills with a proven track record.
  4. A strong profit-oriented profile with commercial and entrepreneurial acumen.
  5. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  6. The ability to build relationships with clients, media agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders.
  7. A results-driven approach with a strong desire to succeed and exceed expectations.
