Job Description: As a Lead Prospector, you will be responsible for discovering potential customers to contact. You will utilize research skills to identify leads from external and internal sources, vetting them based on a scoring system. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality, policy-compliant leads to the New Business Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote strategic relationships with clients by identifying new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting.
- Evaluate client potential, aligned with sales team expectations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the New Business Sales team to calibrate on lead quality.
- Deliver a set of ready-to-call leads every week to the New Business Associate team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing obtained in the last 5 years.
- Native level of German.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to think strategically and follow market trends.
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills (ability to work with pivot tables, vlookups, etc).
- Strong time management skills.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Benefits:
- Internship Contract of 6 months, from Monday to Friday (36 hours/week).
- Salary: 17,000€ gross/year.
